Preparing for the Grant Application

We recommend that before you begin, you assemble all required materials.  See our Grant Application Guidelines for a list of what you’ll need so there are no surprises.

While the page is mobile accessible, we recommend that you complete the application on a desktop device for the best experience and likely access to required attachments.

We realize that the process is lengthy.  Therefore, our new Online Application Form includes the Save & Continue functionality.  Have to run to a meeting or get caught by a phone call?  Don’t worry… Save & Continue.

How does Save & Continue work?

At any point, while completing your form, you can stop and press the Save & Continue button at the bottom left.

You’ll be prompted for an email address. Submit, and you should receive an email from our website with an encrypted link that, when clicked, will return you to where you stopped.

Important:  The Save & Continue function expires after 30 days.  Be sure you return to your form prior to that expiry.
