Chris Northup

Eastern Regional President – Union Savings Bank

Chair, Dublin Community Foundation

Chris graduated from Kent State University in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in English and has excelled in a 20 plus year career in mortgage banking and real estate. Chris has served on multiple Dublin boards and committees including the Dublin Soccer League, Dublin Sells PTO, Dublin Youth Athletics and Dublin Football League. He founded the Sells 5K Race for Cancer Reach and is a member of St. Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church.

Chris and his wife, Shay, and four children live in Dublin. Board member since 2015.

 


Ben Antonelli, CPA

Principal – Rea & Associates

Treasurer

Ben is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where he received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He is a partner and Certified Public Accountant at Rea & Associates, Inc., where he has more than 14 years of experience working primarily with healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Ben is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He also serve on the board of directors of Prevent Blindness Ohio and is a Leadership Dublin graduate. Ben lives in Hilliard with his wife, Katie, and their two children Brody and Grace. Board member since 2015.


Jenna Fullenkamp

A marketing and design graduate of Xavier University, Jenna was nominated for The Business Courier’s 40 Under 40 and Business First’s 40 Under 40. She has served on the XU Habitat for Humanity board, the InReturn Golf Outing Committee and the Run With A Will Event Committee. She is a volunteer for Find Your Edge Yoga program for Fallen 15’s whole warrior concept and also contributes her time to mentoring business students at Xavier University’s Williams College of Business. Jenna lives in Dublin with her husband, Ryan, and daughter Harper. Board member since 2015

 



Michelle Cramer, CFRE

President & CEO – Cramer & Associates

Past President

Michelle received a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Fundraising Executive. She began her career in 1987 when she co-founded Hodge Cramer & Associates. Michelle spent more than 20 years building the business into a nationally recognized fundraising consulting firm. In 2009, she launched Cramer & Associates, which focuses on developing progressive fundraising strategies in response to the ever-changing challenges in the philanthropic landscape. Michelle and her husband, name, and their children live in Dublin. Board member since 2012.


Dr. Carol Clinton

Founder, CEO and Medical Director – Timeless Skin Solutions

Dr. Clinton is a summa cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She is a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American College of Emergency Physicians. She is a member of the Ohio State Medical Association, Columbus Medical Association and International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology.  Dr. Clinton founded Timeless Skin Solutions in 2004 in Dublin Ohio. As a national expert in her field, she is a sought-after educator, trainer and speaker. On a personal level, Carol is an ovarian cancer survivor and enjoys cardio and biking as well as traveling to new places. Carol and her husband, Chris, live in Dublin with their three children. Board member since 2017.



Scott Arthur

Vice President of Commercial & Industrial Sales – IGS

Scott received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He began his career in Dublin as a sales associate for IGS in 1998 when there were less than 20 employees at the company, and has helped the organization grow to over 800 employees today through various leadership positions. Scott also serves as Treasurer on the Dublin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Scott and his wife live in Dublin with their two children, Matthew and Andrew. Board member since 2017.

 


Marlen Mathias

Sales Associate – Coldwell Banker King Thompson

Marlen moved to Columbus in 1965 and Dublin in 1991. She and her husband, Virgil, have two grown children. Marlen has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 1985 and has been a licensed Realtor since 1989 with Holzer Wollam Realtors, King Thompson Holzer Wollam and Coldwell Banker King Thompson. She is an active member of the Greater Dublin Realtors Association serving as Vice-President in 2004 and President in 2005. Marlen has volunteered in many different capacities with many service organizations over the years including being a 25 year member of Twig 33 of Childrens Hospital, a member of The Dublin Women’s Philanthropic Club since 1991 and has been volunteering with the City of Dublin since the late 1980s.  Marlen’s current volunteer project has been helping establish the “Dublin Neighborhood Bridges” organization that provides acts of kindness to members of the community who are in need of some immediate temporary support.

Marlen is a seventh generation descendant of John (Appleseed) Chapman and is a trustee on the Johnny Appleseed Foundation Board at Urbana University.

Marlen enjoys traveling, almost any outdoor activity, crafts and reading. Board member since 2010.


Jamie Menges, CFP®, CPA

Principal – PDS Planning, Inc.

Living in Dublin nearly their entire adult lives, Jamie and his wife Terri have tried to give back to the community, while raising their two children, Evan and Caitlyn. From volunteering at one of the schools to coaching youth sports, the opportunity to serve on the Dublin Community Foundation Board has been a great way to give back. Professionally, Jamie owns a fee-only financial planning firm in Grandview Heights and recently started a personal finance blog titled WealthAdviceMadeSimple.  He also serves on the Ohio Society of CPA’s Executive Board and is a member of the Dublin Community Church. Board member since 2016.

 


John Shockley

Vice President/Sr. Fiduciary Advisor – PNC, Wealth Management

John graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and earned a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School.  John, a licensed member of the Ohio bar, and is a board member of three charter schools in inner city Columbus – Columbus Collegiate Academy, Columbus Collegiate Academy-West, and United Preparatory Academy.

John has a seasoned wealth management career having owned his own law firm and working for financial institutions in the trust and wealth management fields. John and his wife Traci have lived in Dublin for 25 years; they have two daughters. Board member since 2016.


Heinz von Eckarstberg

Chief of Police – City of Dublin, Ohio, USA

Heinz graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Franklin University. He also is a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command the Ohio Police Executive Leadership College. During his career, he served as a patrol officer, patrol sergeant, operations commander, services bureau commander and lieutenant. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police and the Police Executive Leadership College. Heinz and his wife, Deb, live in Dublin; he has three grown children. Board member since 2017.


Harry Kamdar

Executive Director – Ohio State Dental Board

Harry is a 28-year veteran of state government with over 22 years of management and leadership experience across Ohio.  During his tour of duty, he has held a broad array of positions including Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent of juvenile correctional facilities; Chief of Accreditation and Audits; Business Transformation Manager; Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Director, to name just a few.

Harry is an avid champion of excellence in customer service, outcome measures and maximizing return on investment for the taxpayers of Ohio.  As a servant leader, he has found unique ways to build bridges with stakeholders and consumers, for the greater good of all.  Harry is the recipient of the 2013 Governor’s Award for Excellence.

Harry earned his Bachelor’s degree and M.B.A. from Franklin University as a full-time working student while supporting his parents.  As a son of immigrants, Harry has overcome significant hurdles and challenges through faith, patriotism, perseverance, dedication, strong work ethic and relentless pursuit of excellence.  He embraces lifelong learning, giving back to the community, family activities and following the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League. Harry resides in Dublin with his wife and son. Board member since 2018.


Denise Franz King

Trustee – Washington Township

Almost immediately when she moved to Dublin in 1983, Denise Franz King became involved in her community. With her background in natural resource management, she was appointed to the Dublin Parks Commission, and later to Dublin City Council in January 1989. She was elected that same year and served two terms on Council.

Following her service on Council, King agreed to serve an unexpired term as a Washington Township Trustee, in 2002. She has been re-elected since that time.

King retired as Executive Director of Ohio’s farmland preservation program in late 2015.  She holds a BA in political science from George Washington University. King has received several honors for her service, including City of Dublin Award for Public Leadership, the Nature Conservancy Board of Trustees Silver Bowl, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Certificate of Appreciation and the Ohio Recycling Advisory Board Public Service Award.

She also served on the following boards: Dublin Architectural Review Board; Dublin Arts Council; Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio; Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission; Delaware County Regional Planning Commission; Darby Accord; Dublin and Washington Township Community Planning Committees; Ohio Farmland Preservation Economic Development Task Force; and Ohio Environmental Education Trust Fund.

The mother of two grown sons, King enjoys kayaking, snorkeling and gardening in her spare time. Board member since 2018.


Sarah Kenny

Digital Marketing Specialist – Wiretap

Sarah graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human & Organizational Development. She is a proud graduate of Dublin Coffman High School and is grateful for the opportunity to reinvest in her community through the Dublin Community Foundation.

Sarah has experience working in both the public and private sector, and is passionate about helping socially-responsible organizations tell their stories and connect with their community.

Sarah is a registered yoga teacher and loves exploring the local coffee scene.  She is a proud Dublin resident. Board member since 2018.

 


Steven Moore

Director of Donor Services and Development – The Columbus Foundation

Steven, in addition to working with donors and their professional advisors to identify charitable goals, plays a lead role in supporting and growing organization endowment funds and philanthropic activities beyond central Ohio. Steven serves as a liaison to the Dublin Foundation and other regional community foundations. 

Steven has served in his role at The Columbus Foundation for nearly twenty years.  Prior to his current position, he served as grants administrator for Huckleberry House, Inc. and was associate director of foundation relations at The Ohio State University. From 1997-1999, he was a community research and grants management officer for the Foundation.

Steven currently serves on the Nominating Committee for the Columbus Metropolitan Club, Philanthropy Ohio’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and the Shumate African-American Outreach and Engagement Council of the Wexner Center for the Arts. He is also a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Steven holds a bachelor of arts from Hampton University and a master in public administration from The Ohio State University. Ex Officio Board member since 2018.


Chris Amorose Groomes

Vice Mayor – City of Dublin

Chris is a life-long Dublin resident and owner of Amorose Landscape Services. Prior to her election to City Council in 2015, Groomes served as chair of the Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission.

In addition to the Dublin Community Foundation Board, Chris represents Dublin City Council on the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, where she also serves as a member of the Executive Committee. She is chair of Council’s Administrative Committee and a member of the Community Development Committee, and previously served on the Public Services Committee, as well as a liaison to the Dublin Board of Education.

Chris’s volunteer service includes Young Life Metro Columbus Board of Directors, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio and the flower-planting crew at the Memorial Tournament benefiting Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

She is a graduate of Dublin High School and The Ohio State University. Chris and her husband, Kevin, reside in Muirfield Village with their sons Tyler and Tucker. Ex Officio Board member since 2018.


Dr. Todd Hoadley

Superintendent – Dublin City Schools

Dr. Hoadley began his tenure with Dublin City Schools Aug. 1, 2013. He has been a school superintendent for 20 years. Most recently, beofre taking the helm of Dublin City Schools, Dr. Hoadley was at Olmsted Falls City Schools where he had been the superintendent for nine years.

He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Supervision from Bowling Green State University. He also holds a Masters of Business of Operational Excellence from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University as well as a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from B.G.S.U.

Dr. Hoadley lives in Dublin with his wife, Angie and their four children.

In Dublin, Dr. Hoadley is part of many groups and organizations. He is part of the Governing Board of the Dublin Food Pantry, where he assists in fulfilling the mission of the Dublin Food Pantry to help serve the members of the community. He is also a member of the Dublin AM Rotary, a club that works together to offer community service in Dublin and throughout the world. Ex Officio Board member since 2018.
